AOC G2 Series Gaming Monitors Specifications and Features
The AOC 24G2E5 has an IPS panel that can refresh at 75Hz, a dial point mode designed for first-person shooting (FPS) games, and AMD's Free Sync technology.
It has a 1ms response time, supports HDR, and can convert Hon-HDR content into HDR-like visuals using three different modes. The four main filtering modes are reading, web surfing, multimedia, and office.
The G2490VX, the middle model, has a 23.8-inch FHD (19201080) VA screen, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 1ms response time, and Adaptive-Sync Anti-tearing technology. The monitor features AOC's flicker-free technology, which uses a Direct Current (DC) lighting system for better viewing and eye comfort.
The top-of-the-line 24G2U has a 178-degree field of view, a 23.8-inch display, and AMD FreeSync Premium. Like the G2490VX, it has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time. The included adjustable stand distinguishes it, allowing you to tilt, swivel, adjust the height, and rotate the screen for a more comfortable viewing experience. It also includes an HDR option, which converts non-HDR content into HDR-like visuals using three distinct methods.
FreeSync is an AMD technology that works with AMD GPUs such as the Radeon series. This is AMD's implementation of variable refresh rate (VRR) technology, which synchronizes the GPU and monitor for a more fluid gaming experience.
