HP Launches Pavilion 15 Laptop and other Models in the Series: Price, Specifications

HP has launched three new Pavilion models: the Pavilion 15, Pavilion 14, and Pavilion x360. The new HP Pavilion laptop series is made entirely of metal and contains ocean-bound plastics and recycled aluminium. With its Green Box initiative, the company hopes to eliminate over 10,000 kg of plastic bubble wrap. With the Green Box initiative, HP will also aim to reduce the use of plastic packaging by more than 8 million kg.
The new HP Pavilion series is powered by Intel 12th Generation Core and AMD 5000 series processors. The Intel model includes dedicated NVIDIA GeForce MX550 graphics. Let's take a look at the new HP Pavilion series laptops in India, including their prices, specifications, and features.

HP Pavilion 15 Price in India
In India, the new HP Pavilion laptop series starts at Rs 59,999. The HP Pavilion 15 can be purchased in India for Rs 67,999. Warm Gold, Natural Silver, and Fog Blue are the three colour options for the laptop.

HP Pavilion 15 Series Specifications
The HP Pavilion 15 laptop is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor from the 12th generation and NIVIDA GeForce MX550 graphics. Another version is available with AMD 5000 series processors. It comes with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of NVME M.2 SSD storage. It starts with Windows 11 Home edition.

The laptop has a 15.6-inch anti-glare IPS display with a 1920 x 1080 Full HD+ resolution. The screen has a 45 percent NTSC colour gamut and can reach a brightness of 250 nits. The Pavilion 15 also has a screen-to-body ratio (STBR) of 85 percent, 100 percent sRBG Panels, and TNR capability. It has a webcam on the front that can record video in 720p resolution.
It has a 3-cell 41wh Lithium Polymer battery that supports HP fast charging. In normal use, HP claims that the battery can last up to 8 days.
The HP Pavilion 15 has two USB Type-A ports, one Type-C port, one HDMI 2.1 port, and one headphone jack. It comes with dual speakers and HP Audio Boost technology. The backlit keyboard is available in natural silver. It has WiFi6 and Bluetooth 5.2 technology for connectivity. The laptop is 1.75kg in weight.
