The Phone (1) has a 6.55-inch Full HD+ flexible OLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080, a pixel density of 402ppi, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display panel has a peak brightness of 1200nits, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, a contrast ratio of 100,000:1, and HDR10+ support. The display panel houses an optical fingerprint scanner and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ processor and an Adreno 642L GPU. The Snapdragon 778G+ is manufactured on TSMC's 6nm process and supports up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS3.1 storage. NothingOS, which is based on Android 12, runs on the Nothing smartphone.
