OPPO is preparing to launch new A-series smartphones in India. The OPPO A17 and A77s are expected to be launched in India as the company's new budget and mid-range smartphones. The devices are already available for purchase in some brick-and-mortar stores, but they are expected to be formally launched in India soon. The A77s have been spotted on the Geekbench website ahead of its official launch.
According to the Geekbench listing, the OPPO smartphone has the model number CPH2473. It confirms some important details about the phone's performance unit ahead of its official release. The OPPO A77s is a new mid-range smartphone that will be available in India soon. The model number CPH2473 has been discovered on the Geekbench website. The Snapdragon 680 SoC is confirmed by the listing. It comes with an Adreno 610 GPU. Geekbench lists the variant with 8GB of RAM. OPPO is expected to release the phone with 128GB of internal storage.
The listing also reveals that the A77s ship with Android 12. ColorOS 12.1 will be layered on top of Android. In Geekbench's single-core and multi-core tests, the A77s scored 380 and 1657, respectively.
Other details about the OPPO phone have previously leaked. The device will have a dual-camera setup on the back. A 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor will be included. The A77s will have an 8MP front camera for selfies.
A 6.56-inch HD+ display with a refresh rate of 90Hz will be available. The front camera will be housed in a water-drop notch. The phone has a 5000mAh battery and will support 33W fast charging.
