Poco India is getting ready to launch the Poco F4 5G in the Indian market. The Poco F4 5G India launch event is scheduled for today at 5:30 PM. Poco country head – Himanshu Tandon – revealed ahead of the launch that the Poco F4 5G will come with a two-year warranty. As a result, the Poco F4 will be the first Poco handset to come with a two-year warranty.

Mr. Tandon also revealed that the brand has decided to extend the Poco X3 Pro's warranty by 6 months. This will also apply to existing Poco X3 Pro users. Check out the announcement video.

Mr. Tandon stated in his short video that several Poco X3 Pro users contacted him personally and expressed their concerns about the Poco X3 Pro, prompting the brand to take this action. Because the Poco X3 Pro was released in March 2021, all Poco X3 Pro units sold by the company to date are still covered by the warranty.

Mr. Tandon also mentioned that Poco now has over 2000 service centers throughout the country. Poco envisions the Poco F4 as the successor to the original Poco phone, the Poco F1. The device is most likely a rebranded Redmi K40s, which was announced in China a few months ago.

Poco F4 5G: Specifications and Features

Poco F4 5G MIUI India ROM has leaked ahead of the launch, and Android 12 has been confirmed.

The Poco F4 will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a peak brightness of 1300nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer will be used on the display panel.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and Adreno 650 GPU will power the Poco F4. The device's system on chip will be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The Poco F4 will have three rear cameras and an LED flash. A 64MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro lens are included. The Poco F4 is confirmed to have a 4500mAh battery and support for 67W fast charging.
