Redmi 11 Prime Series Launched in India with Up to Dimensity 700 SoC and a 5000mAh Battery

The Redmi 11 Prime series includes two phones: the Redmi 11 Prime and the Redmi 11 Prime 5G. Redmi 11 Prime 5G is the first phone in the Prime series to support 5G. The Redmi 11 Prime 4G is powered by a Mediatek Helio G99 SoC.
Redmi has launched the Redmi 11 Prime series in India, which includes two smartphones: the Redmi 11 Prime and the Redmi 11 Prime 5G. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11E 5G, which was released in China a few months ago. For the first time in India, Redmi is releasing a 5G device in the Prime series.

Except for the processor, the Redmi 11 Prime series devices have nearly identical specifications. The 4G variant is equipped with a Mediatek Helio G99 chipset, making it the third device in India to do so. Previously, the POCO M5 and Infinix Note 12 Pro both had the same feature. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G also comes with a slew of features.

The Redmi 11 Prime Series devices will be available for purchase on Mi.com and Amazon on September 9 at 12:00 p.m. The Redmi 11 Prime is available in Peppy Purple, Flashy Black, and Playful Green. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G, on the other hand, will be available in three colour options: Thunder Black, Chrome Silver, and Meadow Green.
Redmi 11 Prime 4G: Full Features
The Redmi 11 Prime 4G model has a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. There is a water-drop notch on the front that houses an 8MP camera.
It is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC and has up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Out of the box, the device runs Android 12-based MIUI 13. The device has a 5000 mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.
The phone features a triple-camera setup on the back. A 50MP main camera is paired with two 2MP macro and depth shooters.

Redmi 11 Prime 5G: Full Features
The Redmi 11 Prime 5G has a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 20.7:9 aspect ratio. The display has a maximum brightness of 400 nits and a refresh rate of 90Hz. It also has a water-drop notch on the front for an 8MP selfie camera. The 11 Prime 5G weighs around 200 grams and is 8.9mm thick.
There is a dual-camera setup on the back. The phone has a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. It has a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. However, Xiaomi includes a 22.5W fast charger in the box.
The phone is powered by a Dimensity 700 SoC, which is an entry-level 5G processor paired with an ARM Mali G57 GPU. The SoC is paired with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. Out of the box, the phone runs Android 12-based MIUI 13.
The device also has a single speaker, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
