The Galaxy A33 5G comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone is powered by an Exynos 1280 SoC with a clock speed of up to 2.4GHz, as well as up to 256GB of internal storage (globally). MicroSD card expansion up to 1TB is also supported by the device. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, but no adapter is included.

It also has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging (no charger in the box).
