Virat Kohli Teases New Vivo Phone, Could It Be the All-New Vivo V25?

The Vivo V25 series is expected to be launched in the Indian market soon. The Vivo V25 will reportedly include three smartphones: the Vivo V25, the Vivo V25e, and the Vivo V25 Pro. According to leaks, the vanilla Vivo V25 will make its debut in the Indian market next month. In a recent development, famous Indian cricketer Virat Kohli teased the upcoming Vivo V25.

Virat took to Twitter to share an image with the caption "My favorite shade of blue." Virat is seen in the image with a smartphone in Blue Shade. The back panel of the smartphone in Virat's hand looks similar to that of the Vivo S15 Pro, which was launched in China a few months ago. This implies that the Vivo V25 for the Indian market will be a rebranded Vivo S15 Pro.

For those who are unaware, the Vivo S12 and Vivo S12 Pro were launched in India as the Vivo V23 and Vivo V23 Pro. The brand appears to be repeating itself with the Vivo V25 series.

The Vivo S15 Pro has a 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1500 nits. The S15 Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor and a Mali G610 GPU. In China, the handset is available with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The S15 Pro is powered by a 4500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. It has three rear cameras: a 50MP primary shooter with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP portrait sensor. Vivo's S-series handset includes a 32MP selfie camera. It also has a pair of stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
