Vivo is ready to launch the Vivo X80 series flagship phones in China. The Vivo X80, X80 Pro, and X80 Pro Plus are expected to be launched. The Vivo X80 was just discovered on Google Play Console, with a Dimensity 9000 SoC and 8GB RAM. The phone is reportedly expected to have a 120Hz AMOLED display and 80W fast charging capabilities.
The Vivo X80 Pro Plus device was already detected on GeekBench, exposing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, and now the Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro+ devices have been spotted on BIS India Certification, implying an impending launch in India as well. The Vivo X80 series is also expected to include a custom image chipset. In addition, the Vivo X80 device was discovered on Geekbench, verifying more characteristics. The Vivo X80 series is expected to be launched in China next week. The phones are also expected to make their way to India in the future.

Vivo X80 and X80 Pro+ Spotted on BIS
The Vivo X80 device with model number V2144 and the Vivo X80 Pro Plus with model number V2145 have been discovered in the BIS database. Both of these devices have already been identified on several certifications such as GeekBench, the Google Play Console database, and others. Because the device has been listed on BIS, we may expect it to be released in India in the next weeks. However, the smartphone will initially be released in China, and only after that will it be available globally, including in India.
The Vivo X80, which was recently spotted on Google Play, was also spotted on the Geekbench database, confirming the Dimensity 9000 SoC, 12GB RAM, and Android 12 OS.

Vivo X80 and X80 Pro+ Specifications
The MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC will power the Vivo X80, with the primary X2 core clocked at 3.05GHz and three Cortex-A710 performance cores clocked at 2.85GHz. The efficiency cores are clocked at 1.8GHz. The SoC is combined with a Mali-710 GPU with 10 cores. The phone is expected to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that runs at 120Hz. The X80 is expected to ship with a 4500mAh battery that supports 80W rapid charging.
The phone is said to have a triple-camera arrangement on the back, including a 50MP Sony IMX866 main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 12MP portrait lens with 2x optical zoom. A 32MP camera is expected to handle selfies.
The Vivo X80 Pro+, on the other hand, will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It will have a 6.78-inch LTPO 2.0 E5 AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is said to have a quad-camera configuration of 50MP + 48MP (IMX598) + 50MP (JN1) + 50MP (JN2) as well as a 50MP front camera.
