In China, Vivo has just unveiled the Vivo X80 series. In its home country, the company has announced the Vivo X80 Pro and Vivo X80 devices. The Vivo X80 Pro Plus, which had previously been spotted on multiple certifications and benchmarking sites, was not announced. The company will hold a global event on May 8 to announce the Vivo X80 series, and the Pro Plus model may be launched in the coming weeks.
The Vivo X80 series, like the previous generation, features Zeiss-engineered cameras on the back. This time around, the Vivo X80 Pro comes with two chipset options: one with Qualcomm's flagship processor and the other with MediaTek's top processor. Vivo X80 Pro: Price and Availability
The Vivo X80 Pro starts at CNY 5499 for the base variant with Snapdragon SoC and CNY 5999 for the Dimensity version. In China, the phone is now available for pre-order and will ship on April 28. It is available in three different colours: orange, black, and green.

Vivo X80: Price and Availability
The Vivo X80, on the other hand, starts at CNY 3699. It is now available for pre-order in China and will begin shipping on May 1. The phone is available in Orange, Black, and Green.

Vivo X80 Pro: Specifications and Features
The Vivo X80 Pro has a 6.78-inch E5 2K AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 32001440 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a screen to body ratio of 92.22 percent, a P3 colour gamut, and a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone has two processor options: MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC or Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Both processors are based on a 4nm process. The Dimensity 9000 SoC has a peak clock speed of 3.05GHz and a Mali-G710 GPU, whereas the Snapdragon variant has a clock speed of 3GHz and an Adreno 730 GPU. The phone has up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of internal storage via UFS 3.1.
Vivo X80 Series Officially Launching on April 25
The Vivo X80 Pro has four rear cameras, including a 50MP (f/1.57, OIS) GNV main camera, a 48MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, and a 12MP (f/1.85) portrait camera, and an 8MP (f/3.4, OIS) telephoto lens. The device has a 32MP selfie camera on the front. The camera, like the previous generation, is designed by Zeiss optics. Camera modes include up to 5x optical zoom, 60x digital zoom, night mode, portrait mode, pano, HDR, pro mode, dual view, double exposure, and many others. The phone is powered by a 4700mAh battery that supports wired fast charging at 80W and wireless fast charging at 50W.
5G, 4G, a nano-SIM slot, an in-display fingerprint scanner, face unlock, OriginOS Ocean OS based on Android 12, dual-band Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi 6, 22 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.3 (Dimensity), and a Type-C USB3.2 Gen1 port are among the other features. Finally, the phone has a thickness of 9.1mm and a weight of 215 grams.
