Vivo's X80 series flagship Android smartphones will be available in China very soon. The devices are set to be released in India in May 2022. A new leak has revealed the key specifications of both smartphones ahead of their official release. According to a tip (via GizmoChina), Vivo's upcoming Android flagship smartphones will feature a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. Both the X80 and X80 Pro are said to be powered by the top-of-the-line MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The devices are expected to be released with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

Both phones are said to have the same 6.78-inch AMOLED display. The X80 Pro, on the other hand, will have a QHD+ display, whereas the standard model will have a Full HD+ resolution. Both devices will support a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1500 nits. The Pro model is also said to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Pro model will also include a larger 4700 mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. The standard model will have a battery capacity of 4500 mAh. In terms of cameras, the phones will have a front-facing 32MP camera. The standard model will have a triple-camera setup on the back.
