The Xiaomi 11i series features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a peak brightness of 1200nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. These devices are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor and a Mali G68 GPU.

The Xiaomi 11i series uses triple-rear camera setups with a 108MP primary sensor. These devices include 8MP ultra-wide-angle lenses and 2MP macro sensors in addition to high-resolution sensors. These smartphones have a 16MP front-facing camera for video calls and selfies.
