The smartwatch is available for purchase on Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, and Synergizer. The Venu Sq 2 series has a 1.4-inch AMOLED display as its main feature. The touchscreen panel has a resolution of 320 x 360 pixels and is surrounded by slightly thick bezels. The case is made of aluminum and is square in shape.
Garmin also included a larger battery in the Sq 2 series. The company claimed that the watch can provide up to 11 days of battery life on a single charge, without specifying the total capacity of the battery. With the Battery PowerSaver mode, the battery can last up to 12 days on a single charge. The device can be charged using the pogo pin connectors on the back of the watch.
There is a fourth-generation heart rate monitoring sensor that is said to provide accurate readings. The watch also helps with stress and sleep monitoring. The Garmin Connect app, which is available for download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, allows users to view detailed stats.
The Watch also includes features such as Health Snapshot, which takes a two-minute snapshot of key metrics such as heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), respiration, and stress. The results are available on the watch or through the Garmin Connect app.
There are also over 25 built-in sports modes, such as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), running, cycling, yoga, pilates, pool swimming, cardio, and so on. Users can also design their own workout from the 1600 available options.
The Garmin Watch, as expected, allows users to create a custom watch face or select one of several pre-installed options. If you purchase the Music Edition variant, which costs Rs 33,490, you can also sync your Amazon Music or Spotify playlist with the Venu Sq 2.
