Some of the company's older plans were phased out in conjunction with the introduction of the Rs 499 plan. In a recent development, Disney+ Hostar is said to have begun rolling out two new mobile plans for select subscribers in India.
The new Disney+ Hotstar plans are priced at Rs 99 and Rs 299, respectively. According to OnlyTech, the Rs 99 package is now in testing and is being rolled out to some Android customers. According to the information available, the Rs 99 plan is available for an initial price of Rs 49 if you pay with a card, Paytm, PhonePe, or UPI.
According to a report by OnlyTech, the Rs 99 package is ad-supported and includes video streaming in HD (720p) resolution with stereo audio. The availability of the Rs 99 plan has been confirmed by Disney+ Hostar customer service, however, it is presently only available for a limited number of consumers.
In addition to the Rs 99 package, Disney+ Hostar is now testing a Rs 299 plan in India. The Rs 299 Disney+ Hotstar subscription is available for an initial price of Rs 199, according to TelecomTalk. This new plan is only accessible for mobile customers and has a six-month validity period. All Disney+ Hotstar content will be available in HD (720p) on the Rs 199 package. The Rs 199 plan, like the Rs 99 plan, would include adverts in sports and movies. Both of these plans are now under beta testing and will be available to a limited number of Android users at first.
