OnePlus Nord Buds 2 global launch is imminent. The Nord Buds 2's global launch date has yet to be confirmed by the company. The device is expected to be launched in India in the coming weeks. It has already passed a few certifications, indicating that it will be available soon. The Nord Buds 2 was recently spotted on the FCC website. Many details about Nord Buds 2 are revealed in the FCC listing.
The Nord Buds 2 has the model number E508A, according to the FCC listing. The listing also includes the charging case's and earbuds' battery capacities, as well as the case's design. Let's take a look at the design, specifications, features, and other details of the OnePlus Nord Buds 2.

OnePlus Nord Buds 2 FCC
The OnePlus Nord Buds 2 could be a rebranded version of the Buds Ace, which was launched in China alongside the Ace 2 5G (also known as the OnePlus 11R in India). According to the Nord Buds 2 FCC listing, the TWS earbuds will each have a 41mAh battery, while the charging case will have a 480mAh cell.
The charging case is also similar to the Buds Ace in China. This suggests that OnePlus may release the Buds Ace under the Nord brand globally. Several schematics revealing the design of the earbuds and case also hint at the Buds Ace going global under a new name.

On the back of the charging case is a USB Type-C port, as well as a button for pairing the TWS with the phone. The Buds Ace's other specifications and features are likely to remain the same.
This means that the Nord Buds 2 will have a flat stem design with silicone ear tips on each earbud. The earbuds include Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and 12.4mm dynamic audio drivers.
In addition, the earbuds have dual microphones and AI call noise reduction. Each earbud is water and dust resistant to IP55 standards. Touch controls are available on the stem for controlling music playback and accepting/rejecting phone calls.
